Completed Works
Here we've gathered the most significant works and events in managing our buildings, year by year — from the first independent audit to today's ongoing projects. Every entry is based on documents from the manager and the Society.
2016
- An independent fire safety audit finds serious system deficiencies — problems existed long before the current manager.
2021
- The Society is the first to approach the State Fire and Rescue Service (VUGD) about the condition of the fire safety system in both buildings.
2022
- Building management changes hands; the initial inspection (22.08.2022) records wear on the elevators, entrance doors, and fire safety system.
- Co-owners (25.03.2022) authorize the Society to sign a management agreement with the new manager.
- A repair reserve fund is established — there wasn't one before.
- The fire safety control panel is moved from private premises to common areas, with new cabling installed.
2023
- The video surveillance system is restored — servers relocated, new cabling installed to the security staff's workstations.
- The court dismisses most of the previous manager's lawsuit; the case is closed.
2024
- A design project for a new automatic fire detection and alarm system (UATS) is developed for both buildings.
2025
- Design work for the UATS system is paid for from the reserve fund.
- Quotes are requested and compared from several contractors (AP Help, FN Serviss, BSafety).
2026
- Fire hoses, valves, and shut-off devices are replaced in line with VUGD instructions.
- A fault in the UATS system is found in building 41 (17.04.2026) — a co-owners' survey begins on fully restoring the system.
What's happening now
