Anniņmuižas bulvāris 41/43

Apartment Owners

Here we've gathered everything an apartment owner should know about their building — how to safely get verified information, how communication with the manager will change in the near future, and what dividing the common property actually means.

01 — Community

The Official WhatsApp Community

For the owners of apartments in Anniņmuižas bulvāris 41 and 43, there is one single official and safe place to communicate — the Society's WhatsApp community for residents of both buildings.

Nothing unverified gets posted here. We only share verified information, Society news, and current safety notices in the community — no spam, no misinformation, and no advertising.

To keep the community safe and useful for everyone, joining is only possible after verification. Fill in a short application form confirming that you are an owner of one of the apartments, or their authorized representative — once verified, we'll send you an invitation.

02 — Management

A New Digital Management System

We're working to make property management fully transparent and easy for every co-owner to review.

In the new digital system, every owner will be able to:

  • report an issue with a photo, straight from their phone;
  • track the status of every request they've submitted;
  • view the building's financial reports — income and expenses — twice a year and annually;
  • take part in suggesting improvements and priorities.

This will make day-to-day communication with the manager significantly easier, and it will make every decision traceable for every co-owner.

The system will go live in the second half of 2026

03 — Common Property

On Dividing the Common Property

Dividing the common property is a legal process that results in the land and the building being split into separate, standalone apartment properties. In practice, this means each apartment, together with its share of the land, gets its own property status, separate from the rest — which significantly simplifies selling the apartment, inheritance, and other legal transactions in the future.

Important: the Society informs co-owners about this option, but the Society is not involved in this process, does not organize it, and does not fund it. Dividing the common property is an individual legal process, independent of the Society, that takes place directly between the individual apartment owner, the manager, and a law firm of the owner's own choosing.

Anyone who wants to take part in dividing the common property, and who hasn't previously submitted an application, can find more information and apply on the dedicated page.
